Skipper and owner Kars Petri
Kars Petri has a passion for everything that has to do with water and wind from an early age. From windsurfing and kite surfing, sailing in Friesland, to (sea) sailing on cabin sailing yachts on the IJsselmeer, Wadden Sea, North Sea and Baltic Sea.
In 2011, Kars signed up for the traditional sailing fleet for the first time, and since 2015 he has also been active as a skipper. Sailing continues to attract and since 2019 Kars is the proud owner of the 'Kleine Jager'. As far as Kars is concerned, the 'Kleine Jager' meets the three most important aspects of a sailing passenger ship: a pleasant accommodation space on board, good sailing characteristics and a beautiful historical appearance.
